The message sent with the contract reads, "We are pleased to inform you that your story has been chosen for inclusion in Life Lessons from Grandparents: A Trip Down Memory Lane."
This is a picture of Hannah, my grandmother on my mother's side. Together with Owen Jones, they carved out a farm life in the sand hills of Nebraska.
